About the Project
Microprocessador is part of the PRODUTECH R3 consortium, a Mobilizing Agenda for Production Technologies for Reindustrialization.
The PRODUTECH R3 project aims to bring about a structural change in the Production Technologies sector (PT), enabling it to exploit the significant investments the industry will make in terms of the green and digital transition, thus reducing external technological dependence, increasing the added value generated in the country, and contributing to a change in the specialization of the Portuguese economy.

- Development of production process models for simulations
- Integration of the production flows
- Detection of low system performance and its causes
- Implement digitalization solutions and innovative software solutions to evaluate resource Efficiency and Eco-Efficiency
- Quality Management through computer vision systems
- Smart Object development for data collection
- Deploy an innovative platform – CircProsys – to evaluate the circularity of materials and processes
- Development of a Semi-Automatic Sustainability Reporting Module
