Microprocessador is part of the consortium PRODUTECH R3 a Mobilizing Agenda of the Production Technologies for Reindustrialization.
The PRODUTECH R3 project aims to bring about a structural change in the Production Technologies sector (PT), enabling it to exploit the significant investments the industry will make in terms of the green and digital transition, thus reducing external technological dependence, increasing the added value generated in the country, and contributing to a change in the specialization of the Portuguese economy.
Microprocessador participation in the projects DigiIndustry and Digital4Circular:
- Digitalization of the production process;
- Development of production process models for simulations;
- Production and Energy consumption management and planning;
- Integration of the production flows; Detection of low system performances and their causes;
- Implement digitalization solutions and innovative software solutions to evaluate resource Efficiency and Eco-Efficiency;
- Quality Management through computer vision systems;
- Smart Object development for data collection;
- Deploy an innovative platform – CircProsys – to evaluate the circularity of materials and processes;
- Development of a Semi-Automatic Sustainability Reporting Module.
